New year, new challenge? Join us for the trip of a lifetime to Malawi in May 2022.
We are heading to Malawi to meet the inspiring women MicroLoan support. These are the women that have had the chance to build a business with support from MicroLoan.
We’re climbing Mount Mulanje, the highest peak in Malawi. The exhilarating four day trek will take you through challenging terrain but will reward you with some breathtaking views along the way.
Often shrouded in a picturesque mist, Mulanje is aptly named the ‘Island of Sky’ and is achievable for those looking to discover a real hidden gem of great African walks. You will sleep in mountain huts during the hike and porters will carry the communal equipment and necessities. During the last two days the group will spend time in Liwonde National Park and go on a boat safari and game walk.

Wednesday 25th May Final descent from mountain. Visit to MicroLoan’s work in Mulanje
Thursday 26th May Liwonde National Park boat safari experience
Friday 27th May Game drive and transfer to Blantyre in the afternoon
Saturday 28th May Early flight from Blantyre to UK
