MicroLoan looks to develop mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners that combine a strong social mission with a clear business focus. We do this by developing partnerships that:

  • Contribute to your business and CSR goals, while having a significant impact on our charitable mission
  • Engage your staff in activities and events they will find fun, appealing and rewarding
  • Motivate your employees through meaningful information about our work and the impact of our partnership
  • Increase understanding of cultural and social issues in the developing world.

Charity of the Year nominations involve jointly mapping out a mutually beneficial relationship over a twelve month period. Typically a Charity of the Year partnership raises money through corporate charitable donations and staff fundraising events which engage staff at all levels with the cause. We can also offer employee volunteering opportunities in conjunction with corporate partners to broaden existing skills and build new ones.

Staff Fundraising is an effective way to motivate employees at all levels. By partnering with us, you will have support from a dedicated account manager who will help to generate a programme of engaging fundraising activities, for example the Start Something Challenge.

Sponsoring an event can build positive awareness of your brand. We can deliver flexible sponsorship packages to suit your brand values and budget.

Gifts in kind are a great way to utilise your company’s assets and professional skills, while achieving your CSR goals. This can help us save valuable time and resources and enable us to fundraise more effectively.

Marketing partnerships can help customers become more engaged with your brand while supporting our cause by making a donation to MicroLoan every time that a product or service is purchased

Workplace giving also known as payroll giving or give as you earn, is an easy way for people to donate to charity through their salary. Employees can give as much or as little as they wish, and since donations are deducted before tax, it is a very tax effective way to give. Evidence suggests that such schemes benefit from focussed internal promotion by means of presentations and events which we would be delighted to organise for you.
