We now have some more great new opportunities to join our growing team based in London.
MicroLoan Foundation (MLF) helps some of the poorest women in the world feed their families, send their children to school and pay for life saving medicines. We are a very different kind of charity, offering hope, not handouts. By providing small loans (on average £60) and ongoing business training and support, MLF empowers women in rural Malawi and Zambia to set up self-sustainable businesses. The profits from these businesses enable the women to work themselves and their families out of poverty. The charity has significant plans for growth in both existing and new countries.
So if you are passionate about international development, working for a charity or looking for a new career position, please select the individual roles below for a full job description and details.
How it Works
We provide loans and ongoing business training to female entrepreneurs. When they're able, they pay back the loan. We use this money to make more loans, to more women.
