She says it is "an easy job because the group is very good at repayments." She also likes working as a team because of the knowledge she can gain from other members of the group.
Lenie is very grateful for the opportunity she has been given to work for herself: "My husband and I used to be farmers without enough income to get through the year. We have now been able to build our own house, and buy goats and sheep. We have a good life now and plan to put our children through secondary school."
