MicroLoan Foundation featured in The Daily Times: "Scottish Minister Impressed with SME's"

Scottish Minister for Culture and External Affairs Fiona Hyslop, has applauded activities being carried out by MicroLoan Foundation and other Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SME's) in Malawi.
Hyslop who was in the country last week visited several projects being funded by the Scottish government.
